That the Council of the Township of North Glengarry accepts the agenda of the Special Meeting of Council on Wednesday March 23, 2022.

THAT the Council of the Township of North Glengarry receives Staff Report COTW CS-2022-02; and THAT the Council approves the sole sourcing of two (2) DAIKIN MPS040F units and two (2) curbs (plus HST) through the Company HTS Ottawa; THAT the two DAIKIN units and the two curbs be funded through the Ontario Trillium Foundation Community Building Fund – Capital Stream Grant that the Township has received for the HVAC project at the Maxville & District Sports Complex; and THAT the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer are hereby authorized to execute the documentation relevant to this project.
